The Artificial Green team offer complete artificial grass services incorporating creative garden design through to complete supply of all materials and an installation team. The use of artificial grass, also known as astro turf, is not strictly limited to straight lines, square cuts and flat bases, in the garden the turf can be cut to shape like any other lawn providing shaped flower beds, edging around trees and structures as well as following sweeps and contours of the garden itself.

Design

We are able to offer creative design solutions for any artificial grass project providing drawings, method statements and risk assessments upon request. Artificial grass is recognised as an excellent alternative to grass thanks to huge practical advantages including elimination of water logged muddy areas and extremely low maintenance use. The application of artificial grass does not stop just there and is available in various colours, blade style/length, strength and flexibility which cover every eventuality for both the garden and the sports pitch.

• Installation

We are able to provide complete installation and landscaping services. Projects can range from roof terraces or balconies to large garden lawns and private sports pitches. We supply all materials, machinery and waste removal as part of our complete service, all works are carried out by our experienced in-house professionals.

• Warranty

We do not make our own artificial grasses instead we source them from reputable manufacturers in the UK. Most artificial grass, astro turf manufacturers offer some form of material warranty and guarantee covering certain attributes of the turf which upon completion and full payment are signed to the new owner. Our works are also covered by a 2 year guarantee which would cover installation defects. General accidents including fire and wear and tear are not covered by our guarantee although artificial grass is extremely hard wearing, will not damage easily and is anticipated to have a minimum 20 years trouble free life as long as a simple maintenance regime is undertaken.

• Maintenance

Maintenance would include removal of leaves and other debris from the grass surface by either using a stiff broom or light rake every now and then, if ignored this  could result in algae or moss penetration although this can take some time. Any problems are easily remedied by scrubbing with water and a brush and if required the addition of a water soluble solution to combat smell and aid in particle removal. The same practice should be repeated with regard to pets fouling the lawns although unlike living grass the artificial grass colour is not affected nor damaged in any way.

• Repair

We offer a repair service open to both existing customer installations and new customers with their own previously installed surfaces.
